Due Diligence Services

The government authority located in San Diego, CA requires a vendor to provide comprehensive due diligence services. The requested scope includes an updated land title survey, a compliant Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA), a Phase II ESA and baseline environmental assessment (BEA) involving soil and groundwater sampling, field-verified wetland delineation, and a preliminary geotechnical investigation with borings and soil analysis. Additionally, the buyer needs a threatened and endangered species assessment field investigation and a Phase I archaeological survey with agency coordination. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor must perform the work offsite within their own office premises.
