Catalog and Discount Vendors Services

Allen Independent School District requires catalog and discount vendors to provide product-related goods and services on an as-needed basis in Allen, Texas. This is a multi-award request for proposals aimed at product-related companies, including sole-source providers. Onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, though vendors already awarded contracts through a purchasing cooperative or an existing active District contract do not need to respond. Vendors must submit questions by November 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. Proposals must be submitted electronically or by paper to the Purchasing Department by December 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Application requirements include electronic signatures, a completed W-9, a signed Senate Bill 12 Compliance & Certification Form, and Form 1295. Vendors may also need to submit a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, a Certificate of Insurance, a Pre-Service Affidavit, a lobbying disclosure, and a price list, menu, or catalog as applicable.
