Web-Based and Cloud-Based SaaS Commercial Motor Vehicle and Driver Data System

The buyer requires a web-based and cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) commercial motor vehicle and driver data system. The requested scope calls for a fully operational, Turnkey Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution that enables staff to access, aggregate, and review commercial motor carrier driver and vehicle information from multiple federal and state data sources. The vendor must provide full support for integration into the State of Ohio Single Sign-On portal, role-based account management, role-specific access privileges, secure login and logout controls, and custom web services or APIs. The system must also deliver real-time or near-real-time data retrieval where originating sources support it. Eligibility restricts participation to USA organizations only, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
