Community Sustainability Engagement and Green Business Certification and Recognition Programs Services

The City of Santa Monica seeks a vendor to provide community sustainability engagement and green business certification and recognition programs services. The selected consultant must develop, coordinate, and implement free community engagement events such as film screenings and resource fairs. The vendor must manage the annual K-12 student sustainability poster contest, support the annual sustainable quality awards, and participate in the annual most loved businesses contest. Additional requirements include developing Santa Monica-specific outreach materials, collaborating with external organizations, and maintaining a public webpage, email, phone line, and social media account. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 16, 2026.
