Independent Living Program Services

The government authority located in Orange, CA needs a vendor to provide independent living program services for youth and young adults between sixteen and twenty-five years of age, or as otherwise authorized, who were or are placed in out-of-home care between the ages of sixteen and nineteen. The buyer requires the vendor to help these participants achieve self-sufficiency, strengthen their transition into adulthood, and gain economic security. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to apply, and the contractor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
