Police Patrol Vehicle Service

The government authority located in Chula Vista, CA needs a vendor to provide police patrol vehicle service. The vendor must perform the work onsite in the USA and deliver all vehicles FOB Destination. Deliveries must occur Monday through Thursday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or Friday between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, excluding City holidays. Bidders must provide firm production and delivery lead times for each vehicle and immediately notify the City point of contact regarding any delays, allocation issues, or partial deliveries. The vendor must include specific documentation with each vehicle delivery, such as the City PO number, VIN, manufacturer codes, installed equipment list, warranty packets, final inspection checklist, and delivery date. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and establishes a one-year contract period. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 3, 2026.
