Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consulting and Support Services

The buyer requires an onshore, USA-based organization to provide offsite Artificial Intelligence (AI) consulting and support services. The selected vendor must conduct a current state assessment of the agency's policies, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and organizational readiness, while reviewing existing AI strategies and documents. The vendor needs to identify safeguards, control gaps, and methodologies for compliant AI use. Additionally, the consultant must develop a three-year AI implementation roadmap. This roadmap guides support for traditional/statistical AI, internal Generative AI efficiencies, and business process improvements, including exploratory guidance on Agentic AI concepts, oversight, validation, and cost structures. The buyer accepts digital submissions via email or online and seeks proposals for the project budget. Eligible bidders must submit all questions no later than September 8, 2026.
