Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD-to-CAD) System

The buyer requires a turnkey, standards-based computer-aided dispatch to computer-aided dispatch (CAD-to-CAD, C2C) solution to support regional public safety needs. This project involves deploying the system to three partners, integrating CAD to a central hub, and enabling 24x7 mission-critical emergency functions. The solution must facilitate real-time electronic communications, dispatching, and resource data sharing across disparate CAD systems. Furthermore, the buyer mandates a scalable solution that allows future regional partners to implement the system without degrading network connectivity or existing functionality. Eligible bidders must be United States organizations. The buyer permits performance of the work either onsite or offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 21, 2026.
