The buyer requires a vendor to provide a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to improve integration across HR, payroll, benefits, leave, recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance management, and workforce management functions. The requested scope includes establishing integrations with external providers, improving data accuracy and security, simplifying user access, enabling intuitive reporting, enhancing self-service capabilities, and reducing payroll errors. Additionally, the vendor must standardize HR processes, coordinate implementation activities with external benefit and tax providers, and deliver a scalable system with a consistent user experience across desktop and mobile platforms. The buyer sets a one-year contract period and requests budget proposals. Vendors must perform the work offsite and meet the onshore eligibility requirement restricting work to the USA only.
