The buyer requires a contractor to design, engineer, program, test, and install a turnkey audio visual system equipment upgrade in Ellsworth, South Dakota. The requested scope includes installing two 138-inch seamless LED video walls with spare modules, power supplies, and shipping road cases. Additionally, the contractor must supply four 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray/DVD players, one wall-mount swing-out rack, two 85-inch UHD commercial LED monitors, a 4-Series 4K control processor, an 8x8 modular matrix switcher chassis, and four HDMI input cards. The contractor must also furnish two wired gooseneck microphones, two wireless handheld microphones, two wireless headset microphones, four rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, and a 4-way active antenna splitter system. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside restricted to USA organizations. The contractor must perform all work onsite.
