Reading and Mathematics Assessment Grades 3-8 Solution

The buyer requires a reading and mathematics assessment solution for grades 3-8. The solution must include user access management with multi-factor authentication, secure external network access for administrators, and a secure public-facing portal. It must support automated student rostering and configurable business rules management without custom code. Users must be able to review information before submission. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA only) vendors, and the work will be performed offsite. The contract period is one year. All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
