Legal Case and Document Management System

The buyer requires a state-of-the-art legal case and document management system to completely replace its current CityLaw system. The scope includes providing a software solution for legal case and document management, contract and legal file management, claims review, and reporting. The vendor must provide all related services, including installation, historical data migration, testing, documentation, training, transition support, and system cutover support. Functional requirements specify full-text search, multi-tiered security, audit trails, separate transactional and litigation dashboards, automated litigation deadline tracking, an implementation schedule, and integration with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft 365 applications. Work performance will be offsite, and eligibility mandates a USA organization only. The buyer seeks budget proposals directly from bidders.
