Custodial Services

The City of Santee requires a qualified bidder to perform custodial services, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, floors, offices, common areas, and designated spaces, emptying trash and recycling receptacles, and replenishing supplies. Onshore USA organizations must hold a current registration as a Property Service Employer with the California Labor Commissioner at the time of bid submission to be eligible. The City will award a multi-year contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 a.m. on October 23, 2026, at Santee City Hall. All questions are due by October 27, 2026, and sealed bids must include a 10% bid security. Vendors must submit sealed bids to the Office of the City Clerk by 11:00 a.m. on November 9, 2026, or submit responses digitally via email or online. The successful bidder must also provide 100% performance and payment bonds.
