Web-Based Behavioral Health Management System

The agency seeks a vendor to provide a secure, web-based software data management system known as the Behavioral Health Management System (BHMS). The system serves as the central platform for data collection, validation, subrecipient monitoring, and reporting for state-funded programs. The scope includes capturing client-level treatment and service data from state-funded providers to measure program performance, providing bed and waitlist management tools for residential treatment providers, and developing customizable infrastructure features or modules as requested. The vendor must provide advance written notice before changing primary cloud infrastructure or subprocessor hosting providers. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency accepts digital submissions via email or online and is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
