Utility Data Management System

The buyer requires an on-premises, vendor-agnostic utility data management system to replace an outdated database for ingesting, synchronizing, and archiving usage data. The system must securely pull data, support quality control, visualize user-defined time periods, permanently store trend data, and track energy use intensity. Additional requirements include interactive trend displays, user-friendly input for manually read submeters, ingestion of utility consumption and cost data, account selection based on metadata, and a structured data lifecycle separating source readings from validated data. The contract period spans one year, and offsite performance is required. Eligible bidders must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget.
