Dail-A-Ride (DAR) Public Transit System

The buyer requires a contractor to provide a dial-a-ride (DAR) public transit and demand-response bus system. The requested scope includes supplying vehicle operators and dispatchers, supervising services, scheduling drivers and vehicles, dispatching, performing administrative and passenger functions, and cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors.
