The buyer requires a vendor to provide a secure, modern, and operationally sound electronic services and communications platform for incarcerated persons across all facilities. The requested scope includes system architecture and hosting that provides redundancy, separates administrative from end-user functions, and supports logging and traceability. The integrated platform must encompass assigned device management, shared kiosk access, voice communications, electronic messaging, video visitation, media delivery, educational and reentry services, financial tools, administrative messaging, and monitoring and investigative tools. Only onshore USA organizations qualify for this opportunity, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
