Managed ICT Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide managed ICT services using NinjaOne, its current remote monitoring and management and asset management system that controls endpoint management, server and laptop patching, and security management. The requested scope includes incident analysis and assignment, service desk update frequency, service management processes, service desk operations, and service management and reporting. Performance of the work will take place offsite. To be eligible, the vendor must be an onshore Ireland organization. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget, and vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online. Vendors must submit all questions no later than 17 September 2026.
