Financial Data Collection Service

The government authority in West Columbia, SC requires a financial data collection service to modernize how Local Education Agencies submit, validate, certify, and report financial data. The selected vendor must deliver, configure, and operate an Ed-Fi finance data collection and analytics solution. The scope includes integrating finance data submissions through the agency's Integrated Data Collection System, implementing a chart of accounts management system, publishing data to Ed-Fi ODS/API instances, operating a multi-tenant analytics architecture, and producing required South Carolina financial reporting outputs. Additionally, the vendor must provide documentation, training, knowledge transfer, configurable validation rules, role-based approval workflows, and support for both API-based and standardized file-based submissions. Eligible vendors must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer requires onsite work performance for a one-year contract period. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
