Cloud-Based Accommodation Management Software

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide, configure, and implement a secure, cloud-based accommodation management software solution and associated implementation services. The requested scope includes automating accommodation workflows for students, faculty, and accessibility staff; integrating the web-based system with the existing Banner Student Information System; storing disability records securely in compliance with Massachusetts requirements; and migrating data from the current system. Additionally, the vendor must deliver implementation planning, system configuration, staff training, ongoing technical support, software maintenance, and updates throughout the one-year contract period. Work will be performed offsite. Eligibility mandates that bidders are USA organizations (Onshore). Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 9, 2026.
