Community Violence Intervention and Prevention Strategy and Procurement Development Service

The buyer needs a strategic planning advisor to provide community violence intervention and prevention (CVIP) strategy and procurement development services. The requested scope requires the vendor to incorporate national evidence, emerging practices, and peer jurisdiction lessons to inform CVIP ecosystem recommendations. The vendor must review existing investments, assess workforce, performance management, technical assistance, staffing, and infrastructure, and develop a stakeholder engagement plan with listening sessions. Furthermore, the vendor must produce stakeholder summaries and draft a public-facing Crisis Management System concept paper to solicit feedback before final procurement decisions. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The performance of the work will take place offsite.
