Security Upgrade Services

The government authority located in Colorado seeks a USA-based Design/Build Entity to provide offsite security upgrade services. The buyer requires the selected vendor to evaluate the complete access-control pathway at applicable locations. This evaluation scope encompasses physical openings, door assemblies, frames, hinges, hardware, electronic locking components, request-to-exit and door-position monitoring, credential readers, controllers, panels, power supplies, cabling, network connectivity, life-safety interfaces, mechanical key overrides, and supporting system software architecture. The vendor must design the system to support both routine campus operations and emergency security operations. The buyer accepts digital submissions via email or online and requests proposal pricing. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on September 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 23, 2026.
