Virtual Medical Scribe Services

The buyer requires a United States organization to provide offsite, states-based virtual medical scribe services for ophthalmology appointments at a government authority in Iowa. The selected vendor must deliver these services via a secure connection during designated university appointment times, use Kaleidoscope for scribe input, and maintain high service levels while monitoring and improving performance. Scribes will receive Epic scribe access to enter data into patient charts, allowing clinicians read-only access to review clinical data. Scribes must finalize documentation after each patient encounter for the clinician's review and final signature. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations performing all work offsite. Bidders may submit proposals digitally by email or online. The buyer is seeking proposals for the budget, and vendors must submit all questions no later than September 15, 2026.
