Permit Record Digitization and Indexing Services

The buyer requires a vendor to perform offsite permit record digitization and indexing services for a pilot project involving roughly 250 cubic feet of building permit records. The vendor must handle scanning, secure transport, storage, indexing, quality assurance, digital delivery of scans, and the return of original records. The scope covers an estimated 170,000 letter or legal pages and 22,000 folded or rolled large-format pages. The buyer requests options for indexing, packing, and moving the records, including supplying packing materials. The vendor must scan documents and plans at a minimum of 300 dpi and create multi-page PDFs for each folder or roll.
