The buyer requires a vendor to design, develop, and demonstrate an artificial intelligence performance evaluation tool that streamlines, standardizes, and enhances the evaluation of AI-enabled systems across diverse operational conditions. The contractor must build an integrated software application featuring a graphical user interface, a data analysis engine, and an AI-powered report generation module. The tool must evaluate AI-enabled sensor suites, assess AI robustness under dynamic and contested conditions—including real-time inference latency, adversarial resilience, and data drift detection—and align with primary simulation and digital engineering environments. To be eligible, the vendor must be a USA organization. The buyer requires offsite work performance and accepts digital submission responses via email or online.
