Code Recodification and Hosting Solution

The buyer needs a complete, integrated municipal code recodification, online publishing or hosting, and ongoing supplementation solution. The buyer requires the vendor to furnish all labor, materials, software, technical expertise, legal and editorial review, formatting, indexing, migration, implementation, hosting, support, and professional services to produce and maintain a professionally recodified agency code. The requested scope covers an initial review and project assessment, legal editing, reorganization, indexing, migration of the code and related materials to the vendor's platform, historical ordinance repository improvements, and ongoing supplementation for newly adopted ordinances. Eligibility restricts participation to onshore US organizations, and the vendor must perform the work offsite. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 18, 2026.
