SCADA Software and System Maintenance Services

The buyer requires a vendor to deliver SCADA software and system maintenance services. The scope of work encompasses emergency troubleshooting and repair, testing, calibration, and review of improvement plans for pump stations, tanks, and interconnects relative to the SCADA system. Additionally, the selected vendor must handle software installation and upgrades, programming, troubleshooting, display or communication modifications, updating architecture schematics and wiring diagrams, maintaining logic documentation, building and replacing racks and modules, and making upgrade recommendations. The vendor must also monitor communication network conditions, report issues upon request, and install, repair, and replace instrumentation and other SCADA system components. The system itself features operator stations, virtual machines running SCADA software, and communication hardware and software. Only US-based onshore organizations are eligible to apply. The buyer requires offsite work performance and is accepting proposals to establish the budget. Interested vendors may submit their responses digitally through email or online.
