Revenue seeks a vendor to provide cloud-hosted services across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and Google Cloud Platform. The buyer requires a portfolio of IaaS and PaaS capabilities, including compute, storage, and databases, within a secure, segregated cloud environment created exclusively for Revenue. The requested scope includes fault-tolerant, high-availability services, comprehensive security, identity and access management, and cost-management tools. The vendor must provide robust network connectivity options to integrate with Revenue's on-premise environments, including direct network connections to supplier datacentres via government networks. The vendor must also supply integrated monitoring, logging, and auditing capabilities that allow cloud-based applications to integrate with on-premise systems.
