The buyer requires a vendor to provide the Vanderwall Facility Advisor (VFA) Connect Cloud SaaS software solution, encompassing licensing, hosting, maintenance, and support. The requested scope includes Managed Services, modules for Building Condition Survey, Facility, Auditor, and Managed Services/Client Care Hours. The selected vendor must deliver a facility module for a data repository, analysis, and reporting to plan operating and capital funding. Additionally, the software must generate Facilities Condition Assessment reports detailing immediate repairs, code non-compliance, deferred maintenance, and capital renewal for major building and property systems. The vendor must provide post-installation software maintenance and support, list all personnel or subcontractors, identify subcontractor-provided products or services, and comply with all required security measures.
