Cloud-Hosted Interoperability and Patient Access System

The buyer requires a commercially available, ready-to-use, cloud-hosted software-as-a-service API solution fully compliant with CMS interoperability and patient access rules. The selected vendor must provide a system that updates pending or revised claims data, manages historical data access based on request dates and enrollment status, and shares data during annual open enrollment or the first calendar quarter. Additionally, the solution must require, store, and manage beneficiary consent before sharing data with payers, providers, or representatives. The vendor must also build and maintain an identity management solution featuring a CMS-mandated authentication and authorization framework. Only onshore United States organizations qualify for this opportunity, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer sets the contract period for one year and requests budget proposals.
