Point-of-Sale Implementation Services

The buyer requires point-of-sale implementation services for a complete technology ecosystem. The selected vendor must handle the deployment, installation, configuration, testing, and go-live support for both fixed concession and retail POS terminals and mobile units. Additional scope includes providing cable management, structured wiring, recharging cages, and related support hardware. The vendor must also supply a reporting and back-office software platform for database management, transaction reporting, and operational oversight. Throughout the deployment lifecycle, the vendor will manage project planning, scheduling, communication, coordination, and oversight to launch the system, activate devices, finalize menu programming, and validate transactions. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer currently seeks proposals for the budget and requires all questions by September 17, 2026.
