Electronic Patient Observation System

The buyer requires a vendor to supply a proximity-based, adjustable electronic patient observation system suitable for a Behavioral Health setting. The requested system must interface with other systems and consist of an integrated wristband, an Apple iPad running iPadOS, and a desktop PC application. The vendor must deliver patient observation data, check compliance reporting, and configurable dashboards based on facility-specific information such as building, ward, and unit. Additionally, the vendor must provide comprehensive on-site staff training, while performing all other work offsite. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit a proposal for this opportunity. The buyer seeks budget proposals from bidders. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
