RFI for Electronic Dental Record Solution

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based Electronic Dental Record (EDR) solution. The scope includes designing, developing, and implementing a digital system for patient dental health information, medical history, diagnoses, and progress notes. The solution must support patient registration, imaging, patient education, data sharing across practices, and maintain records matching the buyer's current volume and size. Vendors must also support Electronic Health Record (EHR) functions covering administrative and clinical data such as demographics, medications, vital signs, immunizations, laboratory data, and radiology reports. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The anticipated contract term spans five years.
