RFI for Cloud based Internal eCommerce and Supply Inventory Solution

The buyer requires a cloud-based internal eCommerce and supply inventory solution, including platform recommendations, deployment, system configuration, testing, and staff training. The requested scope demands single ordering channels for twenty components, enforced spend controls with override capabilities, documented expenditure justifications, and accountable approvals with funds certification. Additionally, the solution must handle accurate delivery routing using saved coordinates or Entra ID fields and retain a full order audit trail with structured CSV export functionality. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform all work offsite at its own office premises. For the budget, the buyer is currently looking for proposals.
