- Project Manager must hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Maryland
- Senior Project Engineer must hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited college or university
- Data Manager must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an ABET-accredited college or university, with minimum 5 years experience managing/analyzing complex datasets and Esri ArcGIS Pro experience
