The buyer seeks a vendor to provide cloud-based agenda management and consolidated software technologies that integrate with the County's existing website. The requested scope includes an automated agenda and meeting management system, a social media archiving solution covering platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor, and Threads, and a Right-to-Know (RTK) and records management platform to handle public records requests from intake to fulfillment. All software must function across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and automatically monitor designated webpages or document libraries. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
