Merchandise E-Commerce Store, Print-on-Demand and Fulfillment Services

The City of Buffalo seeks a USA-based vendor to provide merchandise e-commerce store, print-on-demand, and fulfillment services offsite for a one-year contract period. The selected offeror must design, develop, host, and maintain a custom-branded, mobile-optimized storefront that reflects the city's visual identity, incorporates approved branding elements, and offers custom domain or subdomain options. The vendor must supply print-on-demand production, direct-to-customer order fulfillment, and secure PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. Additional requirements include providing cost-effective bulk ordering for internal and promotional use, transparent reporting on sales, revenue, and inventory, and responsive customer service. Offerors must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
