The government authority located in Missouri requires a vendor to provide hazard vulnerability analysis services. The selected contractor must review existing hazard plans and data, identify and map priority hazardous-material facilities and transportation routes, and assess risks and vulnerabilities to populations, property, critical facilities, essential services, response organizations, and the environment.
