Land Surveying Services

The Township of Hamilton, NJ requires a vendor to provide land surveying services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must perform location, construction, topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys, as well as stake and grade construction projects for roads, culverts, bridges, and other improvements. Additional duties include computing boundary control lines, supervising and signing off on tax map maintenance, maintaining engineering archives, reviewing subdivision drawings and board applications, and preparing property parcel maps and metes and bounds descriptions. The vendor must also sign and seal township plans, assist other departments, and utilize specified GIS, AutoCAD, GPS, software, and survey equipment. The buyer limits eligibility to USA onshore organizations, and the vendor must perform the work onsite. The buyer seeks budget proposals from bidders. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026.
