Cloud-Based Homeless Data Integration System

The agency is seeking a cloud-based homeless data integration system to support its mission. This system will collect and aggregate Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data from programs across the state into a single reporting platform. The system will provide an unduplicated count of individuals accessing homelessness services and enable analysis of service utilization patterns and characteristics of those experiencing homelessness. The scope of work includes platform management, managed IT services, and data management utilizing Informatica IDMC, Informatica MDM (on-prem), Snowflake Data Platform, and Tableau Cloud. The contract period will be for three years. All questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026. Eligibility requires bidders to be an Onshore (USA Organization Only). Performance of the work will be Offsite. The agency is looking for proposals and has not specified a budget.
