Replacement of Outdoor Digital Signage Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a complete turnkey replacement of its outdoor digital signage service. The selected vendor must remove and dispose of the existing LED marquee sign, consisting of two outdoor electronic LED message displays mounted on either side of the school's monument sign at the main entrance. The vendor must supply and install two new outdoor color LED or digital message displays sized for the existing sign openings, alongside new controllers, power supplies, communication and mounting hardware, weatherproof connections, and surge protection. Additionally, the buyer requires web-based sign management software featuring remote management, multiple user accounts, scheduling, emergency messaging, automatic brightness adjustment, and testing, training, and warranty support. To qualify, vendors must perform work onshore within the USA only, utilizing a mix of offsite and onsite performance. The contract period spans one year, and the buyer seeks proposals to determine the project budget.
