Broadband Services

The buyer, a government authority located in Washington, DC, requires a vendor to provide broadband services. Specifically, the requested scope demands that the vendor develop, fabricate, and demonstrate a wafer-scale, monolithically integrated graphene-on-CMOS image sensor.
