Cisco Unified Communications Upgrade Services

The Francis Howell School District in O’Fallon, MO, requires a vendor to upgrade its Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure offsite at the vendor's USA-based office premises. The requested scope includes upgrading two Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster servers, two Cisco Unity Connection voicemail servers, two Cisco Emergency Responder servers, two VMware ESXi physical host hypervisors, and one Cisco Unified Attendant Console instance. The selected vendor must verify, migrate, and apply existing Cisco Flex entitlements to the upgraded applications, while the District procures the required VMware ESXi licenses. Only USA-based organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The District is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 16, 2026.
