SharePoint Migration Services

The buyer requires SharePoint migration services to move its corporate intranet from on-premises SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Online prior to the end of extended support. The requested scope includes migrating approximately 800 sites, 15 custom forms, and 3 to 4 custom web parts while preserving existing structures, content, and configurations. The buyer also requires a redesigned information architecture, established governance for secure Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, and the rebuilding of 327 Nintex workflows using Power Automate and Logic Apps. Eligibility is limited strictly to Canadian organizations. The contractor will perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 23, 2026.
