The buyer requires a vendor to provide a district-level website design, hosting, implementation, migration, social media coordination, mobile application, and mass communication service using a content management system. The vendor must host the solution on Amazon Web Services or an equally reliable service, migrate existing sites, and implement a standard theme across all school websites. Requested technical capabilities include drag-and-drop webpage editing, fully native internal site search, persistent native website translations, and pop-up emergency alerts. The buyer also demands fully native iOS and Android mobile apps managed through the website's backend CMS. The app must auto-translate based on phone settings, allow direct event additions to personal calendars, enable in-app call recording, and simultaneously push messages to the website, app, text, call, and social media platforms. Only USA-based organizations are eligible for this contract, and performance of the work will take place offsite. The contract period spans three years.
