Cataloging and Metadata subscription Service

The buyer requires a one-year subscription service for cataloging, metadata, and the Contentdm content management system. The requested scope includes access to WorldShare Collection Manager, WorldShare Record Manager, Connexion access, WorldCat Metadata API, and WorldCat Knowledge Base API. Vendors must provide access to a multi-source metadata database and enable staff to contribute, edit, and export records using the agency 21 format. The Contentdm system must support digital file uploads, linked data, customizable digital collection websites, WorldCat metadata integration, a cloud-based preservation archive, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines compliance, and contract amendments to increase storage. Additionally, the supplier must provide staff training and troubleshooting support. Only onshore vendors located in the United States are eligible, and staff will perform the work offsite. The buyer accepts digital responses via email or online, and bidders must submit proposals to establish the budget. Bidders must submit all questions by September 21, 2026.
