Enterprise Resource Planning System

The buyer requires an enterprise resource planning system that supports financial management, human resources, payroll, procurement, asset management, work order management, inventory, fleet, and job costing functions. Requested scope items include general ledger processing and reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement and purchasing, financial reporting, job costing, inventory management, physical and financial asset management, work management, and mobile work order management covering service orders, work orders, and preventative maintenance. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations only. The vendor will perform the work offsite at its own office premises. All questions were due on August 31, 2026. The buyer has not specified a fixed budget and is currently looking for proposals.
