Fireworks Display Services

The Village of Lincolnshire requests proposals for a five-year agreement to provide Fourth of July fireworks display services for 2027 through 2031. The vendor must deliver offsite continuous aerial displays lasting 25 to 30 minutes, commencing promptly at dusk. Display shells must reach altitudes easily visible above tree canopies and building obstructions from approximately 4,000 feet away. Only United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act. The buyer seeks proposal pricing for the requested scope. Bidders must submit proposals in person or digitally via email or online by 4:30 p.m. CST on September 25, 2026. The buyer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, defer proposal acceptance for up to 90 calendar days, and select the proposal that best meets its needs and requirements.
