Lab Management Software

The buyer requires a vendor to supply lab management software, digital lens calculations, and the necessary hardware and software to support the system and IOT digital freeform designs. The scope includes providing operating system literature and training covering remote order entry, inventory control, electronic ordering via VisionWeb and Opticom, reports, analytics, job tracking, lab integration, production scheduling and monitoring, freeform production, pricing, invoicing, and new features. Additionally, the buyer requires setup and support for Opticom and VisionWeb, 24-hour telephonic and online technical support, and remote troubleshooting. Eligible bidders must be USA organizations under a Total Small Business set-aside. Bidders must submit evidence with their response showing IT systems have already accepted their lab software for use. Work occurs onsite or offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and establishes a one-year contract period. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
