Enterprise Cloud Support Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide enterprise cloud and network operations and management support services for a five-year contract period. The contractor must deliver operations, management, sustainment, and support for cloud environments and services, including the current Azure impact level 4/5 security environment and Intune management of Nautilus Endpoints. The requested scope includes help desk support, network and SD-WAN management, cybersecurity, cloud tenant and Microsoft 365 management, IT and cloud service management, records management, eDiscovery, and compliance. Additionally, the contractor must implement enterprise cloud solutions, including installing Azure HCI Stacks to bring cloud services closer to end-users, while remaining cloud-agnostic to support multi-cloud operations. To qualify, bidders must be a USA organization operating onshore. The buyer sets aside this opportunity exclusively for Total Small Business concerns and requires offsite work performance. The buyer is currently seeking proposals and has not provided specific evaluation criteria or key dates.
